What this website collects
When you send a request, we collect your name, email address or phone number, vacuum model, selected services, and message. If you request a visit, we also collect your preferred date, pickup or drop-off choice, and return-delivery preference. For transport requests, we collect a city or ZIP code and your distance estimate. For accessory requests, we also collect the selected items and quantities, collection or delivery preference, and an existing vacuum request reference if you provide one. Listed prices are saved with your request so the owner can discuss your estimate. Your exact address is arranged directly when confirming service. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal details.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond, discuss your vacuum or accessories, and arrange service, collection, or delivery. Submitting a request does not sign you up for advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can access it
The business owner can access requests through a protected inbox. The website runs on OpenAI Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare services. These providers process information to host, secure, and operate the website, under their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot promise that hosting providers never process service data for other purposes permitted by their policies.
Email alerts
New requests and booking confirmations are sent to the business owner through Resend and stored in the owner’s Gmail inbox. These alerts include your submitted request details. Resend and the email provider process this information to deliver and store the messages. Email copies have separate retention from the website’s business records. When a vacuum is marked received, its private tracking link is emailed to the customer if they provided an email contact. The owner can resend that link or explicitly send a reviewed service estimate to the email contact you provided. The owner can also send reviewed, individually addressed service messages, appointment confirmations, pickup notices and optional thank-you or honest-review requests. Outbound customer messages and provider acceptance status are recorded with the job; replies go to the business’s regular email inbox. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
Listing photos
The owner can upload accessory photos, stored on the website’s hosting infrastructure. Photos attached to published listings are shown to visitors. Photos on hidden listings are available only to the owner.
Private service tracking
Service trackers show the vacuum model, service type, progress, and customer-facing updates and photos chosen by the owner. They do not display your contact details, address, original request message, private owner notes, diagnosis drafts, draft estimates, decision records or internal activity history. The owner keeps these separate to manage your job. Only deliberately shared updates, photos and sent estimates are shared with you. Anyone with your private link can view that tracker. Keep it private and ask the owner to replace the link if needed. Trackers are excluded from search indexing, but that is not a guarantee that a shared link stays private. Repair photos are separate from the public accessory shop and can only be accessed by the owner or through that job’s valid private link. New intake and repair photographs are owner-only by default. The owner must explicitly choose to share them on the customer tracker. Camera metadata is removed by the owner’s browser before these photos are uploaded.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our public pages, where visitors came from, general location, button and contact-link clicks, and whether a service or accessory request was successfully received. Google processes technical information such as your browser and network connection to provide these reports. Location is approximate; we do not request your device’s precise location.
Analytics is off until you agree. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number, vacuum model, repair message, address, request reference, or private repair-tracking link. Owner pages and private customer tracking pages are excluded. We do not use advertising pixels, Google Signals, or advertising personalization.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and returning browsers. Our analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser; you can change it using “Analytics choices” at the bottom of a public page. Choosing “No thanks” stops analytics and clears our analytics cookies. This does not affect requesting service or following your repair.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.
Google Search Console provides reports about how our public website appears in Google Search. It does not add a visitor-tracking script to this site.
Tracking and security
This site does not include third-party advertising pixels or externally hosted fonts. See the optional Google Analytics section above. The hosting platform may use access logs and security cookies. HTTPS protects information in transit. We do not collect or store card numbers. No website can guarantee absolute security.
Owner sign-in
The owner signs in with an email address and password directly on this website. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. Essential secure cookies keep the owner signed in for up to 7 days, or 12 hours when the owner chooses not to stay signed in. One-time setup and password-reset links are sent through Resend only to the verified owner email. Resetting the password signs out previous sessions. Login rate limits use a daily-changing hash of the network address and are cleaned up after their limits expire. These cookies are for owner access, not advertising.
Spam protection
We use a hidden bot-detection field and request limits. For request limits, we store a daily-changing hash derived from your network address, rather than the raw address, for no more than 24 hours in the application database. Hosting providers may maintain separate logs.
How long records remain
Inquiries and service records, including completed and archived jobs, remain in the owner’s protected system until the owner deletes them or responds to an applicable deletion request. We retain the original request alongside working customer details, service records, estimates, decisions, parts/labor information, payment status, warranty details, communications and photographs needed to manage and refer back to the work. We do not store card numbers. Archiving hides a record from the active shop board without deleting it. Private customer tracker links have a separate 90-day access period after a job is closed; keeping an owner record does not make it public. Provider backups, email copies and securely held business exports may have separate retention.
Your choices
To ask about or delete your submitted details, send a request through the contact form using the same contact information and mention your request reference. Only provide the information needed to identify your request.
