Ask about your vacuum

JUST A FEW HELPFUL THINGS

Before you bring it in.

  • Tell us what the vacuum has been doing.
  • Bring the charger if the issue involves charging or battery performance.
  • Bring the affected cleaner head and wand for brush-head problems.
  • For a robot charging problem, include its dock and power supply.

You don’t need to bring every accessory unless we ask. Wait for your authorized private drop-off instructions before coming over. Eligible locker visits need no appointment; personal handoffs do.
